Good overall

The staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Overall was good. However, during our stay, the bathroom drain was severely blocked. We had to remove a large amount of hair ourselves before it could drain properly. This should be handled by the cleaning staff, not guests. Also, when we checked in, the shower gel was almost empty. After one use by our family of four, it was finished, and it was not replenished the next day. We had to use our own. We hope the hotel can improve in these areas.

Excellent stay overall. The hotel is a short (maybe 5 min.) walk from the rail way station. Spacious room, very comfortable bed, very clean premises, great service. I was pleasantly surprised that the local tax due at check-in includes a complimentary local transportation pass for each person, which came very handy throughout our stay. There is a construction going on across the street (July 2025) - that's outside of the hotel's control, but our room had the not-so-great construction view.

Hotel room was dirty. Ceiling was damaged and bathroom was small and not clea. When we arrived therey was empty bottles outside our door and housekeeping decided to take one of our keycards.

It's a great value: near main train station and city buses. NOT close to Old Town, which is where the activities are. And the restaurants, bars, etc. - you either have along walk or bus ride. The hotel is clean, the restaurant has great service and decent food and drinks. We used the gym.

Nice hotel, near the trainstation. Big family rooms. Our children liked the pool and the sauna. The only negative was that the breakfest was not included in the prize of the room.

The property was close to the train station which was a plus. We were upgraded to a room that happened to be right across from a major building construction project. The extreme noise started at 6:45am and went until about 7 pm.

The young man at the front desk made our stay good. He was very helpful given the circumstances. There is a large building next door being built and the construction crew works long hours. No naps or sleeping late here! They really should notify you beforehand. The location is very close to the train station, which can be good or bad depending on your preference. The breakfast was good.
