Air conditioning didn’t seem to work very well. The Wi-Fi was down at the time so you can only watch a few things on the TV. Couldn’t get any work done, but overall the stay was wonderful. I bought the whole line of the hotel fragrance and home line.

The upscale touches on this hotel made it someplace I would recommend and stay again! The staff was super helpful in arranging an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. The smell of the scent in this hotel made me feel like i was in luxury the whole stay! Thank you!!!

Room was dusty, almost felt someone was still staying there when we arrived. Toilet paper was not replaced , no t,v remote. As well , spoke to customer service , incorrect information given to me . The situation cause to get my bank card to get blocked and bank had to issue me another card . Had no way to purchase or take care the trip I had plan for my family. Not happy at all. And they said was sorry and charge me

big room. close to the Majestic. bathroom only had 1 towel hanger and nothing for hand towels. Also a tub with shower curtain. ugh. valet parking was $50. 2 bars and a restaurant. served food until 11:00. good happy hour. fun to stay for a night.

It was a beautiful hotel right on the River walk. Beautiful older property, and convenient restaurants on the property. The internet was down which was problematic, but minor compared to other services here. Covenient location so we walked everywhere while visiting San Antonio. Have to valet park your car or park in one of public parking lots.

Hotel had experienced some kind of water damage so there was buckets and scaffolding everywhere. There was no WiFi and my hotel room floor had wet spots. Very disappointed there were no discounts provided for the inconveniences. Even had to pay to check in early.
