Elegant rooms, nicely styled bathrooms, high end toiletries, outstanding front desk service from Victor and his boss. Special thanks to Alexis who served us late night drinks in Anacho! The bar was super crowded but she had our drinks out in record time including a special drink order - kir royale. We also dined at Esencia - phenomenal! Our server Nico was perfect, highlighting each dish that are elevated takes on the chef’s childhood dishes.

When I checked in, I was given a pool view room instead of the garden view room that I paid extra for and when I switched rooms, they gave me the garden view room that shared a wall with the gym (the wall where the bed was located) so we were kept up by vacuuming in the gym at 10 p.m. and woken up by hotel guests throwing or dropping weights in the gym, which shake the bed. The hallway noise was substantial until midnight or so as well. Overall, the hotel lobby was pretty and the amenities were fine but I wouldn't recommend this hotel for people who want to get a good night's sleep or quiet.

No hot water in first room, lukewarm in suite they moved us to. Staff seemed unable to do any thing about it without checking with managers. Maintenance personnel not on duty until two hours after we complained.
