Great breakfast each morning! Very filling and delicious! You will find many options & 24hr coffee tea station. They have a mini convenience shop that’s 24 he as well. We will definitely consider this hotel in future.

Not like other Hampton Inns

We’ve stayed at several Hampton Inns, and this one was definitely not up to standard. The room itself was clean, but there were maintenance items that needed attention (dripping sink, broken refrigerator shelving, outlet not working). The common areas, especially the breakfast seating area, were dirty and not well maintained. The 3rd floor hallway smelled like pet urine. Staff were marginally friendly/helpful. We were told there were 3 luggage carts, but only saw 1 for the duration of our stay (we checked each floor’s hallway). We finished with it quickly, as another guest was waiting to use it. Desk staff said they’d call maintenance to find the 2 missing carts, but clearly nothing came of it if they did indeed call.

Staff was friendly but miss represented facility. You said yes there was a hot tub and a pool. But failed to say the hot tub wasn’t working and we had driven a long way and you knew we were looking forward to that. Very disappointed that you weren’t up front.
