Hotel ias cheap but you get what you pay for. Bed old and uncomfortable (spring mattress). Carpet dirty with ripples. Upon walking in strong stench of Clorox, tells me that the level of cleanliness is not top par. Walls patches and stained.
Hotel wasn’t that bad but very dirty and outdated outside around the building! Kinda eyesore to see so much dirty, stain and white light in every hallway and staircase pretty dark!
I swear when I pulled up to the hotel, I thought it had been closed down and they forgot to cancel my reservation. The lobby (the main photo they use) was hands down the nicest part of the entire property. Everything else looked abandoned. They put me (a single female traveler) in the back of the property which did not feel safe at all. Apparently this hotel also serves as a long term (month to month) low cost housing rental. The "garden" hasn't been tended to, and again..looks abandoned. It was actually terrifying. I stayed for a while 5 hours before I high tailed it out of there. OMG! I didn't even mention how nothing was wiped down, the toilet seat had splatters all over and wasnt even connected. There was no toilet roll holder, just a loose roll placed on the back of the toilet. Also, there was a man sitting in his vehicle and looking up into my room for a good hour. I absolutely do not suggest staying here alone.
Front door was boarded up, trash overflowing all of property, graffiti on walls and tons Of RATS running round...I wanted to throw up. Not even close to the pictures posted online. Only prostitutes and drug dealers would feel they could stay here. I left and went elsewhere. So disappointed in Expedia for allowing this place to misrepresent. Make it right, take them down as an offering.
Property did not look like pictures for sure, old dirty carpet. our room was near an aqueduct canal that really smelled bad. Tv or remote didn’t work. Luke warm water, hair dryer did not work.
You get what you paid for for sure. Even though pictures look like it’s renovated our room was not. There were stains, door wasn’t sealed all the way, shower was leaking and spraying on the ceiling. Cheap price but cheap experience.
I really hate to give negative feedback on hotels because we only use them as a place to sleep and shower but some amenities should be standard. They didn’t have an ice machine, no fridge in our room or microwave, the hotel room was dirty and stained carpet. The rooms downstairs had hookers living in the rooms, they looked like they were long time guests as they were openly serving customers. This place is not child or family friendly. I don’t even know how hotels. Com can even have them listed on here.
Due to the Chinese restaurant attached to the motel, it consistently smelled like spoiled sea food outside the hotel. The room doors did not seal at the bottom and had constant bugs in the room. They keep the doors to the courtyard locked unless housekeeping unlocks them, and it’s so inconvenient to walk the whole building to get to the front desk. There is not a manager on site, so they have to text her and not make a physical phone call to solve a problem. The staff however was nice and did their very best given the resources they seemed to have.
