Love the Spa, the Spa staff are excellent very attentive like no other. I also enjoyed the restaurants, delicious food, i miss some of the unique menu items they had befor like their pancakes with lemon curd sauce that i had on my first visit a few years ago. We needed to call to have the garbage emptied from the room but once we did we got a timely response

Absolutely the best resort experience I’ve ever had – hands down. The Condado Vanderbilt Hotel exceeded every expectation from the moment I arrived. The level of hospitality and service is unmatched – every single employee I encountered was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. The amenities are truly top of the line – from the luxurious pools and world-class spa to the beautifully maintained beachfront and elegant dining options. It felt like every detail was thoughtfully designed to create a flawless guest experience. And the views? Absolutely stunning. Whether it was watching the sunrise from the various oceanside patios or enjoying sunset cocktails by the infinity pool, the scenery alone made the stay unforgettable. This hotel is in a league of its own. I’ve stayed at plenty of high-end resorts, but the Condado Vanderbilt sets a new standard. I’m already dreaming of my next visit.

Everything was great but the manager that checked me in to another room where they gave me complementary upgrade and then said I had to pay for the upgrade? Like what, she was so ugly about the situation that I would never come back to stay again. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone, she put the worst taste in my mouth. Her worker screwed up and she blamed me and still charged me for their mess up, doesn’t scream good service to me. And the “upgrade” was for my birthday so she even put a worst taste in my mouth

Felt like it was too expensive for what it was. We stayed for 4 nights and got room service for breakfast and we didn’t get the plates taken from the breakfast until the last day of our stay. I contacted the front desk and room service and they said they would take care of it but never appeared lol just thought that was a little weird and not very hospitable

From the moment you arrive at check-in you know you’re at a luxury hotel. From champagne at check-in to nightly turn down service, the guest experience is top notch. Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful. Room tip- if you’re on the east end ask for a higher floor since it’s right next to a lovely public park which can get loud at night .

We've always stayed at the Vanderbilt, and it's been great. This time, it was a little unique, and on two nights, we were placed in a room near all the street noise. The last 2 nights, they upgraded us to a very nice room. The only issue was the slight sewage odor emanating from the water closet. It may have been the toilet or the sink, but we didn't really find out. When we checked out, I told the front attendant about the smell and he just said he would note it in the file. Just some unfortunate situations that happened. I would give a 5 star rating but I couldn't in good conscience do it because of the above instances. Oh, we did get $100 credit because of the noisy room the first 2 nights.
