Tervetuloa Lucky Pennyyn, saareni paratiisipakuun. Tämä hiljattain uusittu 5000 m² jalkainen kolmitasoinen koti on vain 50 askeleen päässä rannalta ja tarjoaa upeat näkymät katolle. Pohjapiirros, sisustus ja mukavuudet on valittu tarjoamaan mukavuutta ja vertaansa vailla olevaa lomaelämystä. Se on minun kotini, kun sitä ei ole vuokrattu, joten jokainen yksityiskohta on harkittu rentouttavaksi paikaksi. Talo sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla Ocean Park -osassa, vain muutaman minuutin päässä Condadosta, Isla Verdestä ja OSJ: stä.

Voit vuokrata koko kolmikerroksisen kodin, johon kuuluu 5 makuuhuonetta, 6 kylpyhuonetta, ruokapöytä paikkaan 12, täysin varustettu kokin keittiö, useita oleskelualueita ja ulkotilojen tiloja, rauhallinen joogatila, uima-allas ulkona ja BBQ .

Taloon mahtuu erittäin mukavasti 10 henkeä, ja lisävuoteita on saatavilla jopa 14 vuoteen. On 5 suurta makuuhuonetta, joista jokaisella on oma kylpyhuone, jossa on joko queen- tai king-vuoteet, joissa on muistivaahtopatjat, uudet lakanat ja runsaasti tyynyjä. Lisäksi jokaisessa kylpyhuoneessa on peilit, joissa on sisäänrakennettu Bluetooth-kaiuttimet. Jokaisessa huoneessa on myös 50-tuumainen televisio, jossa on rakennettu Roku, Netflixille ja live-suoratoistopalveluun. Wifi on nopea valokaapeli, joka on saatavilla koko talossa. Jokaisella alueella ja huoneessa on uudet taajuusmuuttajan A / C-yksiköt, ja siellä on täysi koti-varmuuskopiointigeneraattori, jos oleskelusi aikana on ongelmia.

Koti on suunniteltu hyvin moderniin tyyliin ja on kaikki valkoinen ja sisältä valkoinen. Kaikki posliini laatat tuotiin suoraan Italiasta. Ikkunat ovat kolminkertaistettuja ja äänieristettyjä, mikä pitää sen viileänä ja hiljaisena. Keittiökaappi oli kaikki käsintehtyjä kiinteästä teakista sekä kylpyhuoneista, ja olen sisällyttänyt huippuluokan eurooppalaisia kalusteita. Keittiössä on valtava saari, jonka ympärille jokainen voi kokoontua. Huonekalut on joko keramiikkatuolista, West Elmistä tai itse tekemästäni.

Alue sijaitsee erinomaisesti Isla Verden ja Condadon välissä. Sinulla on nopea pääsy molempien maailmojen parhaimpiin, kun taas palaat turvalliseen rauhalliselle asuinalueelle. Uber on runsaasti ja edullinen alueella, joten voit valita, ettet edes vuokraa autoa. Kuitenkin, jos teet, on pysäköidyn ajotieltä.

Nice property. Very short walk to the (non-swimming) beach. Short drive to a beautiful swimming beach at Isla Verde. Well-equipped kitchen. Nice private pool. We really enjoyed the roof-top deck in the evenings. Host gave us some good recommendations for restaurants, private chef, and activities nearby.

Peter's home is a delight to behold. Our three generational family of 13 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are so many spaces to comfortably spend time in, both indoors, out by the pool or in the shade on the patio, on the rooftop seating spaces - it is all wonderfully arranged. We appreciated having the 6 full bathrooms. The two on the first floor were especially helpful for the bunk room occupant grandkids, ranging in age from 15-25 - there was a boy's restroom and a girl's. The other 5 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms were top knotch too. We all also enjoyed the very close proximity to the beach for sunset views, seaglass & shell hunting, and even a refreshing quick dip in the water. We've all agreed we'd love to return and stay here again!

Great Place to Stay in San Juan

The Lucky Penny was a great place to stay for our group. The house was secure and a comfortable space to relax in. Peter and Mariana are amazing hosts. The house has a very convenient door leading to outside of the gate that makes getting an uber easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation with 11 ages 6-72. Wonderful stay, spacious, comfortable, many areas to relax either together or apart as needed. Toaster oven, microwave, coffee pot, dishwasher, washer/dryer live savers! Perfect 1st floor set up with 5 cousins ages 6-14 staying in bunk bed room with close bathroom/shower. Pool floaties and changing colored pool lights a highlight for evening swim. boogie boards, coolers, starter bag of ice and drinks wonderful for beach days. Host and hostess extremely responsive and quickly helped with any questions/concerns. Memories made!!

Lovely home with access to lots of activities

The Lucky Penny is a great home for a large group. The home is spacious and has a lot to offer (boogie boards, beach chairs, kitchen basics etc). Peter was extremely communicative which proved helpful when the city unexpectedly cut the water to the neighborhood. Peter and his property manager were quick to rectify the situation which was much appreciated! One note about the property is that some of the outdoor furniture has seen better days as some had mold on the cushions. Overall we would recommend the property!

Peter and Mariana are fenomenal. The house is exceptional and has everything you can ask for and more. He even had concierge service, which we used and was great addition. We had several options that were walking distance and short drive from old San Juan. We will be,back!

Family Trip

Our entire group loved our stay in this beautiful home. It had everything you could need. Great dishes and pots and pans It was roomy enough for our group of 12 with plenty of room to spare. The beach was fun for the kids and boogie boards at the house came in handy for our kids (big and small). We loved the pool and hot tub. It was the perfect size for staying cool while visiting. It was crazy how cold the home got with the mini splits and how quickly it would cool off. he only downside was that our trip was too short. We would happily stay here again.

Puerto Rican Paradise Retreat

The house is better than advertised. Plenty of room for our group of 7 people. I believe you can host up to 12 people and not feel cramped. Location is great. The beach is maybe 100 feet, its that close. The house is in a gated community so the exterior gate allows you access without having to deal with the security gate. There is an exterior gate to an outside street which is outside the gated community. That exterior gate was very helpful to catch an Uber ride. Peter, the owner was very courteous and gives you lots of privacy. I highly recommend The Lucky Penny for your next vacation to Puerto Rico. You will not be disappointed!!

Amazing

The place was very clean and well located near the beach. It was within 10 minutes of all things that we wanted to do in Puerto Rico. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to answer any questions we had. Each bedroom was beautiful. Even though there were six of us in the house, the noise levels always remained low. Will be back!!!

Amazing Property!!

I planned a girls trip with 12 women! We had plenty of space…This property was amazing! Clean and luxurious!! The house is exactly what was advertised! The owner communicated with me the entire time!! We knew exactly what to expect! I would recommend using the local concierge service….. very reasonably priced and super accommodating! The concierge arranged for transportation to and from our private boat charter…which was a fantastic experience… I highly recommend!!

Another wonderful stay at the Lucky Penny

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the Lucky Penny, and it has been perfect each time. For this trip it was my wife and two 20 something sons with their girlfriends. The house is great to be able to hang out, enjoy the pool, the roof top deck and also big enough to escape if wanted. Peter was again very attentive and answered any questions before and during the trip within minutes of me asking. The house was spotless when we arrived, and they were accommodating for a couple small special requests. I'm looking for another reason to come back and enjoy the house again soon. Alex

Family Celebration Vacation

Last year we started taking family vacations to celebrate my beating colon cancer. We had lived in Puerto Rico in the 1990's and enjoyed our time so we decided to return. Best vacation yet!! The house and amenities were awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the house; location, pool, kitchen and gathering rooms. We were very sad to leave.
