It’s a nice place to stay but this is the second time that there is no more parking at night so the car has to stay in the street and the staff specifically front desk always have an attitude like they are doing you a favor, this doesn’t happen in other hotels here.

Upon check in they notified us that they gave our room to someone else and did not have the space to accommodate us. Offered us a room that would sleep for but it did not and we had to request a cot for our daughter at 10pm. During our stay of 5 nights they had LOUD PARTIES in the courtyard until 1 am for 4 of those nights. We lost power for about 4 hours one morning, and there had to shut off the water from 1-4pm the day of our vent when we had 22 people in 8 different rooms who needed to shower and get ready. The only compensation we received was free breakfast twice and $50 off of the first and second night of our stay. Bathrooms don’t have exhaust fans so it makes the rooms hot and explains the mold and rust in the showers. Breakfast menu was OK food was bland and limited options. French toast was burned, pancakes were thin and dry. Pupusas were burned by being left on griddle until someone eats them. Cook was friendly and accommodating. Manager Ofelia was kind and understanding but I don’t think she did her best in showing us they really wanted to do right on the hotels part for all the issues we encountered during our stay. Our entire group will not be back and I will not recommend them in the future.

The location is excellent. Easy access to shops, dinning, and transportation. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I always choose to stay there when traveling to El Salvador.
