The house was very clean and almost perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable and the showers were good. There is a beautiful private beach included just a short walk away and all of the beach paraphernalia that you could need. There were a few idiosyncrasies to this house. The biggest is the bedroom situation. For the second bedroom you must go through the first bedroom or go outside. It is definitely inconvenient. Extending the lanai to the outside door would make this so much better.The second is the laundry situation. There are two washers and dryers which is great, but they only take quarters - there is no app to pay online like we have used at other places where they charge for laundry. The washer takes 3.00 and the dryer takes 2.00 all in quarters. There was no mention of this in any of the communication, so we had to wait until the next morning to go to the bank and get quarters.Third and the biggest reason I only gave four stars is the toilet paper situation. The communication did say to bring extra toilet paper because only one roll would be provided in each bathroom. We were only staying two nights so we figured we would be fine. However, there were only partial rolls in the bathrooms so we had to make a second trip to the grocery store for more toilet paper. Toilet paper is a cheap and easy amenity.With all of that, we would still gladly stay here again. We would just be more prepared and hope the hosts will add some of these items to their messaging.
