Sundial P402 Gulf View Two bedroom Beach Condo

Sundial P402 is ready to welcome guests for the first time. Our two bedroom/two bathroom gulf view vacation rental condominium can accommodate up to six guests and has everything you need to spend a long weekend, week or longer on world famous Sanibel Island, Florida. Our condo features a full kitchen, washer/dryer in the unit, screened lanai with direct views over the courtyard and pool to the Gulf of Mexico. There is a spacious master bedroom suite with a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed with full bathroom just outside the room. There is a queen sized air mattress for additional guests. The association provides access to a heated pool in the courtyard with two other pools available on-site. The building is elevator serviced and has a covered parking space as well as guest spaces nearby. There are gas bbq grills should you use those while on your Dream Vacay. While you won't have resort amenity access including the resort pool with slide, hot tub, resort beach equipment/rental items, you will still have access to the restaurants, pool bar, grocery store, spa, tennis/pickleball and the beach. Some of those require an additional fee, so please check with us for more information. There isn't a reason to stay with the resort as you can choose your exact unit with us, save about 50% compared to resort rates and never pay a daily resort fee. 

Important Note: The elevators are currently functional; however, as they are mechanical items, we cannot guarantee they will remain operational during your stay. Please note that refunds will not be issued in the event of elevator malfunctions.
