Rooms, bed, pillows smelled of sweat, seemed they haven't been reftesjed or cleaned. Another guest was also complaing about finding hair in the bed. Had claedd around 140 to ask if we could check in early, were tild that house keepimg is rumning behind. Didn't think yoo much of it untill we were in the room. HK seems to be over worked and don't replace bedsheets or pillow cases. Had to get my own pillows amd fabric refresh spray from Walmart. Seemed HK had locked up the spray, as front desk didn't have access.

Staff was great. The hot water NEVER got hot. It was luke warm at best. The hotel in general was run down. Carpets were stained and dirty. We found a flea in our bed.

I was locked out of my room and went to lobby to get a new key, the new key door not work. The employee had to switch out the batteries to the door and was not able to. I had to go to a new room without my luggage for a couple of hours until they could get the door open. I was not able to go to sleep until late and I had an early morning.

Very clean, stylish and comfortable! The front desk person went out of his way to get me into a quiet room when i told him I'm a sensitive sleeper. Prices are reasonable for Santa Fe. Will definitely be coming back.

Room dated but clean. Minor issues in room. Refrigerator missing a leg and sink stopper messed up. Jacuzzi was out of order indoor pool smelled of strong chlorine Breakfast good.
