Herons Watch - Seagrove Beach/ Santa Rosa Beach is an area that's tucked away & across 30A from Beautiful Beaches & Eastern Lake! 2BR/2BA Condo Flat on the 1st Floor (YAY - No Steps) with everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. We have enjoyed this area for years and finally decided to share our favorite spot with others and we hope you enjoy the area as much as we have. One of the best parts about 30A , in addition to the white, soft sandy beaches, is the paved bike trail that takes you from one end to the other, so you can enjoy all the communities that are close by.... The Big Chill, Rosemary, Alys Beach, Seaside, Grayton or Blue Mountain Beach - they're all very close.

Publix for all your grocery needs is just around the corner. The Tom Thumb is down the street.

Watch the Jumbotron at The Big Chill for family movies or football. Plenty of great food, libations, clothing & decor shops & my husbands favorite cigar shop. Macho Taco is our favorite for a quick bite to eat there.

Another Spot that we love to visit is the nursery on 30A. Clay is located less than 1 mile away @ 4808 East Scenic Hwy 30A Seagrove Beach, FL 32459. In addition to plants, they have a wonderful selection of gifts, planters and unique jewelry & other items you can take home as a souvenir.

In addition to walking on the Beach, Kayaking on Eastern Lake, Dining at Old Florida Fish House, Coffee @ the Beachy Bean, Stopping by Buddy's Seafood Market for Steamed Seafood Boil to go (all within a short walk) you are also a quick ride to Seagrove Beach, Seaside & Grayton Beach! Looking for places to eat? Grayton Seafood is a must! They're great people and the food is amazing! The Black Bear in Grayton has the best homemade Bread, Food, Coffee & Wine Bar. You can also sign up to take a Glass Mosiac class at one of the Art Studios next door! Super Fun for all ages!

** Local Spot for excellent food - Steamboat Grill on 30A **
** Buddy's Seafood Market ** They will prepare a shrimp boil for you to enjoy at the condo or beach. Comes with potatoes and corn on the cob and is YUMMY.

- Greenway Station is a New Spot for Shopping, Restaurants & Cafe and is less than 1 mile from Herons Watch.

** Pecan Jacks - We love to stop by for sweets, brittles, chocolates, artisan ice cream & bulk candy - they will let you sample their flavors & don't miss the Adult Ice cream flavors (our favorite are Cherry Amaretto & Bourbon Pecan Praline) They also have Dairy Free & Sugar Free Options.
** Canopy Road Cafe on 30A @ Greenway Station for breakfast or lunch and has large outdoor seating area
** Local Cantina @ Greenway Station for outdoor seating, margaritas & awesome food

There are 3 Public Beach Accesses close to the condo:

- 5 min (0.8 miles) drive, bike or 15 min walk to Walton Dunes Beach Access
*** small parking lot offset from the beach
- 5 min (1 mile) drive or bike, or 18 min walk to Eastern Lake Public Beach Access
*** parking limited to street side & Bike Parking
- 6 min drive to Santa Clara and San Juan Access
*** larger public parking areas on both sides of 30A (public restrooms@ Santa Clara)
- 10 min drive to Van Ness Butler access which also has parking and facilities
- Deer Lake State Park - 1.2 miles away. Get there early before the parking lot fills up. We usually go to the Walton County Beach access and walk to the State Park up the coast. It's a beautiful walk!

We usually have toys and gear at the condo so you're free to enjoy what's there. We do have a beach wagon & small cooler that helps haul everything to and from the beach.

- There is a golf cart charging station at the property
- There are places for you to keep a kayak or paddle board on property. Be sure to lock it up while you're there.
- We have a grilling area near the pool and public restrooms
- Parking is at the front door ( 2 spaces available - not assigned) Must use provided parking pass upon arrival

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return the parking pass to the coatrack – HOA charges $35 for a replacement, so don’t forget!
Dispose of perishables & trash – Please take all garbage to the dumpster in the back left corner of the parking lot.
Leave beds unmade and place all used towels in the bathroom.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
