The house is 1.5 blocks from public access to beach, easy to walk or park. Centrally located between Seaside and Rosemary beach. We loved the location! The house is great, just noticed that its not being upkept well so things are starting to fall apart. The refrigerator was broken upon arrival, exterior wooden stairs and balconies are rotten and some planks were coming off and teh sprinkler system came apart and flooded the neighbors who were very upset. The rental company was very responsive over the weekend regarding the refrigerator; however they took a whole day to bring a temporary refrigerator and only reimbursed us for half of our groceries, so a little upset about that, especially with small kids wanting their food etc.

Great for a family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It’s a convenient location to multiple shops and restaurants. I would advise those booking to realize the bike rentals should be booked in advance because we booked once we got checked in and they couldn’t deliver until several days into our trip. I would say it’s great for one family due to one living room area.

Spring Break/Easter 2024

I took my daughter and her 5 friends 16/17yr for Spring Break. Location was great if your want to be near Seaside/the Square. The pool is large with plenty of seating out side. It was a short walk with easy access to the beach. The house has beach chairs and a wagon with umbrellas underneath the carport for guests to use, however NO BEACH-TOWELS. Be aware.. There is no ground floor entry level so be prepared to carry all of your belongings and groceries up the front stairs of the home. Overall great stay, Thank you for Sharing your home.

Other than it being slightly run down, our stay was just great. The dishwasher was broken when we got there, and it was filled with dirty dishes from someone else, but the management group had a new dishwasher installed by day 4. One of the rugs, had a hole in the middle, and some lampshades were broken/crooked/loose. The location was great for a quick golfcart ride into Seaside town. The beach was so close, very easily accessible by walk or golfcart. The street was quiet and set back, so was private.

Easy access to the beach

We lucked out with weather and had a great time. The house exceeded expectations. It was really clean and lots of fun to stay at. Hot water in the showers were quirky, took some figuring out. The pool heater never worked and we were refunded. Fortunately it wasn't so cold we couldn't use the pool. Our spring break was early March so temps are hit or miss, if it was cold and the pool heater didn't work we'd have been disappointed as that's was a main reason we selected this property. Everything worked out.

Wonderful retreat

Absolutely loved our stay! Beautiful house and so close to the beach. The pool was an amazing add on and my kids loved it more then the ocean. Close to everything but private. Can not say enough great things about our family trip.

Loved the house and the location!

We loved the house. Would definitely stay here again. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was ideal for our group. Location is great. Easy walk to the beach. Pool and outdoor area are perfect for when you may want a break from the beach or just to grill in the evenings.

Great house with a big pool!

We enjoyed our stay and the house is very nice. The pool is double the size of the neighbors. The grill had a spare tank, which was great. Full Fridge in the kitchen and a nice little Fridge down by the pool. Our only suggestions would be a few more towels considering its a minimum 7 day stay and you will likely shower twice a day. Also, starting off with TP in each bathroom and an extra this or that consumable would be nice (i.e. TP, Paper Towels, Trash Bag, Soap). The walk to the beach is short. We felt going to the public access entrance was easier (one house to the right of 30A). We also started going out to the beach around eight to put out chairs and our Easy-Up to nab front row space on the beach. Worked Great!

Great property & Covid location!

Our family of 4 loved our stay, the private pool, all the porches, and the space! The beach was just a 10 minute walk on a private path, which meant it was empty just In our spot. The rental credit got us 4 bikes to take the 1 mile to Seaside town center. Loved it!

More than I dreamed of

It was a beautiful home, perfectly designed to maximize enjoyment of the area's natural beauty, with lovely indoor and outdoor spaces. Everything was very clean. The pool was heaven: very large, clean, beautiful, perfect for 3 children and 2 adults who had been desperate for swimming after covid closed our local pools. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and is stunning, super calm, aqua waters and the sand was so soft. Little seaweed and crowds were miinimal despite peak season. Would come here year after year!

Family Summer Trip

We traveled with three small children and accidentally got to the property an hour before check-in as we were on EST. The cleaners arrived at the same time as us. We were very disappointed that a detailed cleaning was not done especially with the risks of COVID. The property manager could not be contacted and the cleaners did a very shoddy job...the counters were still dirty, the floors needed vacuuming, the bedding was not changed, etc. Someone finally came (Elaine) and after communicating my discontent, had the cleaners come back and brought in new bedding. We finally were able to enter the house at 6 PM. In these scary times, we were very nervous with our young children and cleaned again ourselves. Other than the awful check in process, the house is beautiful and well built. The pool is also a huge plus - large size and clean. Someone even came to clean during our week stay. The walk to the beach is short, but through a narrow pathway through brush and construction on one side...from which we got awful bug bites. Not ideal to walk through on hot days and after long days at the beach. Lastly, the wifi came in and out and was very annoying as it impacted all the tvs in the house. I reached out to the management company about this and did not receive a response. Again, the house is beautiful and overall, we loved our trip and made the best of it. Definitely a few mishaps and we wish the management company had handled better.

Great property, clean, better than pictures represent

We had an issue with one of the beds being broken (presumably by the last renter). We called about it on Saturday night and someone came out to work on it immediately. They replaced the bed later in the week. On Tuesday, the upstairs AC went out. we called around 5pm and someone was there fixing it later that evening. These sound like complaints but these things happen and it is how they are dealt with that makes the difference. These guys were great to address our concerns and he even let us know the status of things while they were in progress. The house is great and it did exceed our expectations.
