very close to the covered walking street but is in the quiet end away from the crowded end. Very easy to walk up and close to the convenient store. The breakfast is ok but other hotel in the same area have better variety with about the same price.

All staff have been very helpful and the breakfast was surprisingly good in terms of the spread, especially the seasonal roast beef. It is conveniently located near to the shopping street with good food options within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay.

  My mom and I really enjoyed our stay at TMark Odori. Location is within walking distance to Tanukikoji Shopping Street and transit (streetcar and subway). There are also drop off and pick up locations near TMark for the CTS airport bus. If staying for 4 or more days, you can pick the house cleaning day. The room was small but cozy. We got a twin corner room and the room included a "couch". I purposely picked this room with the couch, knowing that it would be used the most, which we did. There was only one luggage rack, but we utilized the couch and placed the other luggage on it. The walls were thick that I could not hear any noise from the room next to us.   Overall, the hotel and lobby were clean and no smell of smoke. It could only be smelled when waiting at the lobby for the elevator.   Some staff were not fluent in English but we were able to communicate through translation apps, which I appreciated. I asked the front desk for a large piece of cardboard. They offered me a new box for 200 yen (I think), but I told them it could be from a used cardboard box. They were kind enough to unload the water from the box and give it to me for free. We also asked the staff to help us confirm the bus and bus location to Otaru. They were able to check the bus number as well as provide a map to the bus stop.

Great hotel located in a great spot. Odori Park is a couple of minutes walk away and Tanukikoji Shopping Street is practically around the corner. There’s also two very close convenience stores. All the staff are all very friendly and helpful and the room was terrific. To the point I extended my stay at the hotel from 4 to 9 nights.
