This was unlike other Embassy Stay. Not enough staff and it appeared the staff who were working were overwhelmed. Did not do room service one day at all. Everything appeared to be limited like breakfast items, cutlery, and even basic amenities like water. The only good is location. Again, this must be an older property rebranded to up charge customers. At least it felt like that. Probably won’t stay again due to lack of everything. Even the gym equipment were not operational. Sad.

There was no hot water for our room. Called the desk that evening and they said since one was on their way. Texted them and said that we were next. No one showed up. Called the next morning and said that they would send someone. They came at 830am but mechanic/engineer said it would take a while to warm up.

The room was clean and well appointed. There was a separate bedroom in our suite (not a studio). We were there a few days before Christmas and the hotel was decorated beautifully. There was a happy hour with light snacks and free drinks (2 per adult), which was a nice touch. My only complaint is that there was no coffee available in the lobby outside of breakfast time.

Breakfast was very good, lots of options and great service by the staff. Food was fresh and plentiful. Everyone we interacted with was very helpful and polite. The room was spotless and well appointed, with daily room attention. On checking in, we were told that parking in the garage would be $20 per day- it turned out to be double that amount. I was given 2 programmed key cards, neither of which worked for me at the garage. They were reprogrammed, and still didn't work. At my second trip back to the front desk, I was told to take a paper ticket to enter. Problem with that was that I had to return to the desk the following day to get two more key cards, both of which worked for the remainder oof our stay. I noticed at least two other guests having trouble with the same thing. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the coming year.
