Kotisi poissa kotoa, Grand Luther donsin korkeat katot, runsaat parketit ja viihtyisät kalusteet.

Muodollinen olohuone kääntyi rento olohuone on täydellinen paikka kutsua ennen illallista. Asiakkaat voivat nauttia seinään asennetusta Smart TV: stä ja ympäröivistä näkymistä viehättävälle keskustalle. Vieressä on ruokasali, jossa on antiikki pöytä, johon mahtuu kahdeksan. Hiljattain remontoitu keittiö (jossa on aamiaishuppu ja viinijääkaappi) on täysin varustettu ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla laitteilla ja runsaalla työtilalla.

Yläkerrassa on kaikki kolme makuuhuonetta ja kaksi täyttä kylpyammeet. Ensimmäinen on Queen-vuode, jossa on antiikkinen kirjoituspöytä ja täysikokoinen vaatekaappi. Host was quick to respond to any questions. The home is well appointed with lots of thought put into pleasure & rest. Inside & out! Great location, easy walk to many locations; as well as 4 blocks from Trolley Step on & off which runs all during business day hours. Beds are so comfy with each bedroom having white noise machines. We all agreed we were sound asleep when our heads hit the pillows. Home is decked out for just about any need you can imagine. Extremely clean and well maintained. We plan to return for another stay!!!

The rental management company was fantastic, very kind and quick to respond. It was also probably the cleanest, most comfortable short-term rental I have ever stayed in. The area is beautiful, and the ghosts were very friendly :)

Very nice! Check-in is easy. All instructions were easy to follow. Kitchen is nice with lots of room and plenty of utensils and pans. Living areas have lots of room with comfy sitting, bedrooms are very nice and roomy. Wifi access was easy. No issues! Love the home and close to things to do and places to eat!

Plenty of room!

This 3BR/2.5BA has plenty of room for everyone. It rained during our stay so we were disappointed we couldn’t use the large back deck area. The kitchen was very well stocked. We will definitely be staying at Lazy Bones again

Awesome House

Beautiful house in beautiful Savannah

My childhood friends and I met in Savannah for a weekend; it was the first time here for all of us. The house is perfect and in a great location. We could easily walk to Forsyth Park (a few blocks away), the shopping in Downtown Savannah and the River District (< 1 mile). The house was very clean and comfortable. It was decorated for the holidays with a beautiful tree in the front room. We each had our own bedroom and the bathrooms were stocked with towels and toiletries. We enjoyed the living room sectional for late night chats and the kitchen had what we needed to make coffee. There’s a Kroger within walking distance so we picked up some breakfast foods and snacks. We did not buy and plastic wrap and the house was not stocked with it, so we had to be creative when storing leftover food. The only recommendation is to install a sensor light by the back gate and back door. We arrived at night and had to use the back gate entry because the city had put in new concrete steps on the front porch and they were wet. It was tricky to enter the code and navigate to the back door with all of our stuff in the dark. The house does have narrow, steep steps to access the second floor which would be hard for people with mobility issues. I highly recommend Lazy Bones! Thank you for such a great weekend!

Wade cousins visit Savannag

We had a great stay and we loved the house. First off, the beds are so comfortable which is huge for me. We enjoyed having parking and a courtyard. It is a quiet and safe street but within a reasonable walking distance to everything. We even got to know the neighbors when my sister’s car wouldn’t start. Everyone was very friendly. We are probably coming back again to the same house next year:0)

Savannah Historic

House amenities were lovely. Water pressure in both showers was really bad. Backyard and maintained of back yard space and front deck were neglected and even after reporting were never fixed. Communication with host was not great, often delayed as it is run by a rental property organization. We never communicated with the same person twice regarding our reservation or stay. Great location otherwise.

Perfect location

Comfortable, roomy house with plenty of space to have privacy or come together as a group for meals and games and social time. Within a mile of every must-see site in the historic area. Would stay here again! Loved our time in this house and in Savannah!

Savannah Family Trip

This lovely historic home was clean with modern conveniences. Outdoor spaces were comfortable. Plenty of space for our family of 5 adults. Very convenient to great downtown restaurants and attractions. 30 minutes to Tybee Beach. Great place - we would stay here again.

Spring Break Getaway

This was a first time visit to Savannah for all of us and the city was all that we expected and more! The Luther property was a very nice historic home with all the amenities needed and comfortable. It’s very spacious. The kitchen is big and well stocked. The back patio isn’t quite as neat and put together as the pictures show, but a nice sitting area nonetheless. There’s no longer an awning for shade. We enjoyed the front porch swing in the early evenings. The location is a convenient walk to beautiful Forsyth Park, the River Walk area, Jones St, and even a Kroger. I do recommend this rental property and would definitely consider renting it again.

Very nice property

The property was clean and the furniture/beds were comfortable. All of the bedrooms are on the second level, so it is something to consider if a member of your party has trouble negotiating stairs. The property is a duplex, and the neighbor is very loud. He has a large dog that barks a lot and the neighbor yells quite a bit, too. If property management has any control over the other side of the property, it should be addressed.

We were in town for a family wedding. There were 5 of us. The house was clean and nicely furnished. We had plenty of room and everything we needed. Four of us are over 65 and would like to suggest that an anti-slip mat and grab bar be available for the bathtub. Thank you!

6 ladies had a wonderful time at the Grand Luther. House was spacious, beds were comfortable and walking to downtown was not too bad. A great time was had by all.
