Leider gab es beim Check in einige Komplikationen. Die Tür an der Rezeption war zur gegebenen Check-In Zeit abgeschlossen, sodass wir fast Sturm klingeln mussten um jemanden zu erreichen (wir hatten es wegen einer Hochzeit eilig). Als wir bei der Mitarbeiterin einchecken wollten sagte sie uns, dass alle Zimmer ausgebucht seien und ob wir denn keinen Anruf erhalten hätten. Haben wir nicht. Letztendlich hieß es, dass man schnell rüber könnte in die weitere Unterkunft einige Minuten entfernt und dass das kein weiter weg sei mit dem Auto. Da wir öffentlich angereist waren, wäre es das doch gewesen. Netterweise fuhr uns der Inhaber dann aber mit seinem Privatwagen rüber. Dort angekommen erhielten wir ein Zimmer, dass dem anderen vermutlich nicht nachstand. Dennoch war das Zimmer leider nicht wirklich sauber und im Badezimmer fand sich ein ganzer Fußnagel der vorherigen Gäste. Leider nicht wirklich appetitlich. Danke an den Inhaber fürs fahren und für dass doch noch retten der Situation, dennoch ist es alles natürlich nicht ideal gelaufen.

Während der Hinfahrt bekamen wir einen Anruf vom Hotel und wurden informiert, dass unsere gebuchten Räume nicht zur Verfügung stehen (overbooking) und wir in das sog. Gästehaus (Bed and Go) wechseln müssen. Das Gebäude und die Zimmer waren runtergekommen. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken, wg. Hundegebell im Gebäude, Lärm auf einem nahegelegenen Parkplatz bis spät in die Nacht und Gästen, die um ein Uhr nachts eine Stunde lang im dem extrem hellhörigen Gästehaus duschen mussten. Eine Entschädigung für all diese Unannehmlichkeiten gab es nicht. Wir können nur empfehlen weg zu bleiben.

Schimmelgestank der alles überlagert.

Das Badezimmer stank so extrem nach Schimmel, dass man immer das Fenster im Zimmer offen lassen musste. Dazu die Heizung an, das ist nicht wirklich toll. Der Gestank ist kaum zum Aushalten

Bestialischer Schimmelgestank

Badezimmer stinkt unfassbar nach Schimmel. Ein Aufenthalt von mehr wie 10 Minuten ist völlig unmöglich und undenkbar. Dazu geht das Licht dort des nachts automatisch beim betreten an. Sehr unschön. Alles sehr abgewohnt und nicht gerade das, was man unter einem zeitgemäßen Hotel zu erwarten hat.

Das reservierte Zimmer stand nicht zur Verfügung, auch war der Zimmerschlüssel nicht auffindbar, das angebotenen Ersatzzimmer war ok, jedoch für die Preislage hätte ich mehr erwartet. Frühstück mittelmäßig und musste wegen Überfüllung des kleinen Frühstrücksraumes im Keller eingenommen werden, in der sich die Bar und die Disco befindet und nicht für die Bewirtung von Essensgästen geeigent ist. . Service nur sehr schleppend.
