This was my first visit to the DoubleTree and it was fantastic. The staff was friendly and eager to accommodate my needs. The room was much better than I imagined and quite relaxing, which was much appreciated. I will visit again in the near future. Thank you!

Disappointingly small shabby room

This stay was disappointing compared to the many other great stays at this hotel. I booked the same type room as always but the room was small and cramped with miss-matched shabby furniture and visibly dirty air filters in the air conditioner. Not up to usual Doubletree standards.

staff consistently rude and unafraid to insult guests. restaurants consistently overpriced for food quality. parking dedicated to airport, not hotel. (they charge $32.00 per night despite being located miles from the airport) So they bring in $35-$40k per night for parking (yet still won't put a parking attendant in place when the gate won't open) and make hotel guests walk great distances. I hope I have saved you the inconvenience of staying here.

For the age of this facility, they have kept it in good shape. I stayed before an early flight out of SeaTac and had such a great room off a lake with ducks swimming right outside my window. Great treat!

It’s close to the airport so very convenient. But you can tell it’s older and needs renovation. The toilet didn’t work in the room they gave us and the guy said the toilet in that room never works. We had to be moved to a different room and it was already so late and we were so tired. Why even check that room out to anyone if they know the toilet doesn’t work??

Disappointed

Room requested was king bed deluxe with a shower -no tub which was a queen bed on a king headboard and a rollin shower. Shower stall flooded entire shower bathroom- making walking dangerous. The water also pooled at the bathroom door and made the bedroom rug wet. This was reported to the desk, they apologized but our one night stay was over as we left for the airport. I expected better quality from this hotel

Overall, facilities were nice, but showing some wear in some areas. Bathroom door was so out of alignment it wouldn't close. Restaurant is expensive, but there are enough dining options within walking distance.
