Didn’t get room I booked and no compensation for a down graded room. Room was at the most farthest side of motel and right off the bat key to doors to get into wing of motel wouldn’t work had to call and wait for someone to let me in. Not great for someone with disabilities and can’t walk far.

I was just given the keys to room, but there is someone already living in it. This is a major safety and privacy issue. Also I booked a king size bed but I was told all room is sold out and gave me a two twin bed. Complained but front desk person attitude was either to take or leave.

Our room was spacious and clean! Check in was very easy and the warm cookies were a bonus. The bar/lounge had great food and excellent margaritas!
