The room is in ok condition, however, staff, I find are not very welcoming. Restaurant staff no English at all. Only one can speak English, hence, very frustrating.

This hotel is located very near Exit 3 of Seolleung station (Line 2) of Seoul subway system. For this reason, it was extremely easy to visit anywhere in Gangnam, Seoul. I just love the location of this hotel. In fact, I stayed at this hotel for more than 10 nights in 2024 and 2025. And I did not stay at any other hotel in Seoul in 2024 and 2025.

Nice, large room. Location was great with lots of restaurants nearby. Parking is one of those elevator ones. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was just ok - the breakfaat staff seemed a bit new.

Close to the subway station and many walkable restaurants and cafes. Favorite part of the stay was the gym. First room we've stayed at had some hygiene issues so we had to get a different room in the middle of the night but overall, nice place to stay by Seolleung station.

The only issue with the location was that while it was close to the train station and walking distance to many great locations it is up a steap incline which is hard when you have luggage. The staff were not very attentive or friendly as the other places we stayed on our trip but as we were only there for 2 nights this isnt the biggest issue. Overall the rooms were big and very comfortable but you are paying for the area the hotel is located in.

The rooms are more than spacious and the staff/room service are amazing. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a 7 eleven conveniently located next to it. We loved our room and will definitely be staying with NEWV again when we visit.
