Pool was closed upon arrival which was disappointing but they called us as soon as it opened. The pool bar never opened. The breakfast was amazing! Lots of dining options very close and everything we wanted to see was walkable.

Excellent location, close to bus station and historic attractions. All staff very helpful and pleasant. Great advice given from reception on local attractions and places to eat. Breakfast had a great range of hot and cold items, including healthy options. Hotel is meticulously clean and rooms are fantastic, best sleep. Definitely 4* plus at a great price, with lovely afternoon coffee and sweet delights, all free. Cannot recommend this hotel enough and would be my first choice when coming back to Seville.

The room was great and the bed very comfortable! I liked the balcony as it was glass enclosed so perhaps made it a little quieter at night! The hotel was in a great location for visiting everywhere central! The staff were super nice! Our car was taken to the garage to be parked which was a relief when we saw how tight the garage was when we retrieved it!! We didn't have breakfast but did take a coffee from the coffee bar. We are definitely booking to go back!

Overall good stay.

Beautiful hotel and staff was friendly and helpful but our a/c didn’t work the 3 nights we were there. I did report it and we received fans on the second night. We could have moved but it was late and we just wanted to rest by the time we determined that it was the a/c and not me. So they did offer to move us. The rooftop pool has a great view of the city!

I cannot praise this hotel highly enough. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff ,modern and spacious layout ,ideal location with restaurants and bars nearby and easy access to the airport bus. My room was comfortable and gently and quietly air conditioned with all expected facilities. I particularly enjoyed the lovely roof garden with its pool, sound of waves and bar. Not so sure about the fine water spray though! Also the complimentary nibbles available during the day were very welcome and in my experience ,quite unique. I can commend this hotel without hesitation. And Seville is a great place to visit!
