We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Cervantes. It is very centrally located and in a quiet neighborhood. Staff at reception were very helpful and this was important to us as we were visiting over the Semina Santa festival period. The breakfast was very good though repetitive but there was plenty of choice. Would definitely return to this hotel when we visit next .

Beautiful hotel located centrally. All main attractions are walking distance from the hotel. Comfortable beds but pillows are thin and bathroom is dated. Very nice staff. Free cappuccino. Peaceful courtyard.

Great hotel in the old town with Parking, don't be afraid to drive in (in a small to medium sized car) access is ok and staff very helpful.

This hotel is very beautiful. However, the bathrooms are incredibly small and uncomfortable. I am 5'7" tall, average size and barely was able to move in the bathroom. In order to access the toilet, I had to squeeze myself between the wall and the bidet. I also couldn't access the toilet if the door was open. The bath only has a tiny window pane to prevent water spillages, so I had to be extremely careful when I washed. Even then, there was water everywhere most of the times I got out. Also, the rooms were very hot and damp. Since we were in April, there was no AC and we were instructed to open the windows. However, since there are inner courtyards in the middle of the building, the echo was very present. Thus, we could hear people talking and doors shutting all night and barely slept. We asked to change rooms and they gave us one facing the street instead of the inner court, but the street was as much noisy. The breakfast was ok. The food was overall okay, but sometimes cold. It also didn't open before 7:30am, so we had to eat in a rush the morning we left since our cab was picking us up at 7:45am. One of the lady at the reception (I don't remember her name) was incredibly kind and helpful. She reserved our cab for us and helped us switch rooms when we complained about the noise. She made sure everything was ok. Also, the hotel is a short walking distance to most of the attractions and good restaurants. Still, I think you can find better.

Beautiful hotel with a unique courtyard providing a nice area to relax after walking all day. Jose and Rosario at front desk were very inviting and extremely helpful. Only downfall was the lack of temperature control in the room which became very warm each night.

Not a 4 star hotel imho!

This is not a 4 star hotel! We stayed in 5 hotels on our Andalusian trip and this was the most basic of all. The breakfast was a total scrum and simple basic fare. Our room was ground floor next to the Road and directly under where they were extending the hotel. Banging and grinding pre-breakfast… not great. No hair dryer, no tea and coffee in the room etc…

This hotel is in a quite alley. Walkable from bus station or bus station. Close to Cathedral and to the center of Seville. Tea and coffee service is excellent after breakfast. Two bottles of free water in the fridge per day. Lots of place inside and outside to seat in the hotel. Breakfast is excellent.

A few days in Sevilla

The hotel was well located in a quiet neighbourhood within easy walking distance of the old city centre. Room was fair sized with an ensuite bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Free coffees and teas after 11 in the breakfast area and water in the mini bar were nice touches. Breakfast was good. Nice place to stay

The staff was so nice and it was a beautiful property. I woke up very early with Jetlag and could not find coffee. The front desk clerk walked to the other side of the building and made me coffee, even though complementary coffee was not supposed to be available until later. Excellent location that is in walking distance of almost anything you would want to do in Seville. I highly recommend this hotel.
