The hotel was fabulous, and the staff was wonderful. Professional, kind, and always greeted you with a smile. Upon check in, we had a wonderful woman, Rocio assist us. She showed us all the places we should see and gave wonderful restaurant suggestions. All in all, a wonderful stay.

Stayed here recently for a friends 50th birthday, we had tickets to see kylie minogue in Seville. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Can’t comment on the breakfast buffet as none of us included this with our stay. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful

The staff was very kind and efficient! They were so happy to accommodate anything we needed. Excellent location close enough to all the important sights without any disturbance from the streets. All members of the staff are very professional and extremely courteous. The only change required is more shade provision for the lovely roof top poo But would definitely stay here again
