This hotel is a jewel. An ancient palace completely refurbished. The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. It’s in the old town but nearby are plenty of restaurants and tapas bars

Lovely hotel

The room we stayed in was large and well appointed. Bed was very comfy and bathroom shower was great. My only comment is that I had requested a room with twin beds. It turns out that the hotel has only one room with twin beds. The way Hotels.coms lays out the room options they imply that twin beds are readily available throughout the hotel which is misleading.

Charming, beautiful hotel, well placed

Beautiful small and charming hotel in a quiet street. Wonderful open air courtyard in the middle of the hotel, and also at the back where you can have private drinks. Very warm and cosy, and the service is very professional, polite and cheerful. We ate in the restaurant which had super dishes and were expertly helped by Laura who knew all the dishes. The staff was excellent! They were super helpful and gave us a little tour and history of the place. Everything about CoolRooms Palacio Villapanés 5 GL was beautiful. The courtyard, the building and the roof top views! We would love to stay there again and totally recommend it!
