Parking was good. Bar was expensive. Beds were much too hard. No milk in room for tea, tea was not replenished. The towel system for the pool was shambolic and should be sorted out by the pool. Breakfasts were mediocre, bacon was fatty and no baked beans.

Very clean very quiet hotel. Pool area lovely and relaxing. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Good location about 20 min walk into centre. Room for me was too dark. Needed light on at all times which didn’t reflect the beautiful weather outside.

The staff were brilliant especially the two girls who ran the cafe in the morning. Lovely hotel but too far from the shopping centre that would be my only criticism.

I stayed here with my teenage son and adult daughter in July 2025, and we had a great experience. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The best part of our stay was the location – all major attractions were within a 20-minute walk, which made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable.
