We were made very welcome at this hotel and felt at home immediately. we were given very helpful information and throughout our stay of 6 days the staff were most helpful in both suggesting and ffacilitating our sightseeing and dining. Any requests at the hotel were dealt with very promptly and pleasantly. the room was comfortable and well equpped. we were particularly pleased with the quality of the breakfast and afternoon tea which suited our sightseeing schedule very well.

The hotel was everything we expected and more. Recommended to us by friends and it didn't disappoint. The staff were incredible, so polite, kind and very accommodating. The breakfast will last you all day! Definitely recommend for all the obvious things and the fact it is so near to all the attractions in Seville.

The location of this hotel is amazing, just outside the walls of the Alcázar. The service was excellent; the staff went out of their way to provide great recommendations and made sure we enjoyed every part of our stay.
