When we arrived, the front desk gave us our keys, we went to the room and walked in on another guest. She had given us keys to an occupied room. The room was dirty. Bathroom was filthy, hair in the sink, soils on the counters. Just a very bad experience.

The room was deplorable; unsafe for any human! The linen was not clean, the bed was not made, and blood on the linen. Took a photo and showed it to the lady tending the front desk. We were sent to two different rooms and the keys would not work. We ended up changing our clothes in the filthy public bathroom that had no toilet tissue, no Kleenex, and no toilet seat covers. The floor was terribly dirty! We were over an hour late to our function, which was about ending when we arrived. This property needs to be CONDEMNED!!! This place should not be housing for a dog. Needless to say, we ended up staying at another property.

the staff was very friendly. when i got to the room there wasnt any tissue and not one towel. the floor wasnt vacuumed or swept. i had to go buy my own towels to be able to shower. i didnt receive towels until the following day. overall it was ok though…

The check was terrible they didn't speak very non-inviting not friendly Rooms the card didn't work went back to the front 3 times the third time got a different room. The room smelled the refrigerator and microwave was nasty, the tub has rust spots, half of the light on the mirror worked, no iron, and towels wasn't available. I will not book again

I was disappointed to find the room in such a dirty state, with unidentified stains covering the walls. The bathroom, where I took a bath, still had someone's used face towel hanging up, and there were live bugs crawling on the ceiling alongside dead bugs in the windowsill. Unfortunately, Audrey at the front desk was rude, highlighting a potential mismatch for a role that requires strong customer service skills.
