Enjoyed the room, was expecting a tub so that was disappointing but I did not ask to be moved as just a short stay, all staff encountered were friendly, not sure about management as staff standards very relaxed, dirty uniforms, hanging on desks, not matching in uniforms ( front desk), looked like lack of training and holding accountable standards !! Disappointed no coffee/tea station, yes you could buy coffee at any time in cafe !! Pool area had a very very small Jacuzzi, way too small for population wanting to use it !! Three times the size would be more comfortable and hygienic, but overall pool area basic but fine for families , didnt get Cabana but they were there if you wanted to pay extra I beleive

The room was beautifully appointed and so clean. Bathroom and shower were great. The desk staff was very helpful. Great bar area and the beach staff were very attentive. The beach was clean. The hot tub should be monitored better to avoid it being filled to the brim with really young kids. The little cafe was so nice to have. Great selection of food and swag. We will be back for sure!

The front desk was very accommodating with changing our room. Amelia Jon, and Kenyana (sp?) at the front desk were super helpful and professional. Your organization is lucky to have them! I would train the housekeepers to pay close attention to the details, such as replacing the tissue box when finished and leaving the right number of towels, for two guests.
