It was a convenient location and super comfortable beds. However, one of the shower doors wasn't on the track and almost crashed on top of me! I told the front desk about it so the next guest hopefully doesn't have that happen.

The customer service was excellent! I had gotten in after a long day of traveling and it was very close to closing at the 1854 Grille and I asked if they were still open to make something quick and they were more than happy to do so without hesitation. Front desk staff was just as great.

We checked in late, but had called ahead to let everyone know that it would be late before we got there. Whoever answered the phone was great, but the actual person checking us in, seemed very irritated (or maybe tired) but there was minimal politeness and/or pleasantry.

The room was nice , however…I’m here to get a good night sleep. There’s a train track behind the building and the train engineers apparently like to blow their horn. Think of the movie My Cousin Vinnie. Plus the restaurant connected to this place ran out of all 4 of our beverage choices so we left and found something much better. I do not recommend this place.
