I took the train and walked so no need for a parking spot. There were many spots available. Room was clean. Air conditioner worked but my stay was in October so I didn't use that either. Good deal, I will stay there whenever I need to be in Avenel.

Off a state highway in NJ, fine if you're driving but if you're taking the NJ transit it's a little tricky to get to. The motel is bare bones and there's a lot of ghetto people that stay there.

Can't complain too much

Parking was tight but for the price, you get what you get. The room smelled, but the bed was comfortable.
