Keion welcomed us as soon ad we stepped foot into the hotel and made us feel at home. He was so accommodating and warm, we were sad to see that he wasn't at the front desk for the remainder of our trip. Hilton New Brunswick, thank you for helping make us feel at home away from home. We'll be back to stay when the opportunity presents itself!

The room was 80 degrees! I contacted the front desk a couple of times. Someone came to check out the thermostat but they said they couldn't fix it. I asked to be switched to another room but they couldn't because everything was booked. Very disappointed.

Everything about the hotel was great—easy check in, large room, straightforward policies. I’m taking a point off for the location. It was very convenient to Rutgers, but was situated between a couple highway exit ramps. It was easy to miss the turn and get stuck on the highway. Very frustrating experience late at night, after a long drive. Even in the daylight though I found it easy to miss.
