Overall the experience was good, food was usually great, except Asian night. It was hard to get an iron for the room, and I strongly believe that they gave either only one that they keep moving between rooms, or very few. There was one misleading information on the Expedia website: it says that there is a double bed and a single bed, but when we arrived there they told us that there was no such thing as a double bed. It was not great, as one of the reasons why we chose that hotel was because of the double bed. Expedia should be careful with these informations.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The room spotless and the balcony had beautiful sunrises. Lovely breakfast with a large selection. The hotel in general was kept beautifully clean. Thank you for a relaxing stay. We are planning to come back.

Nice hotel.

We enjoyed our all inclusive stay here. The drinks were pretty good and the bar staff were amazing, just had to pay a supplement for cocktails but it was only about €2.50. The food was average all inclusive buffet, always plenty of choice but we personally ate lunch out every day and think it would get samey for longer than a few days. Big beds and clean rooms. Only negatives are you have to pay €1 every time to swap your beach towel and the towels they gave us were very old, bleach stains and frayed edges. There is no hair conditioner which you’d generally expect in a 4* spa hotel. There is no parking at the hotel, but on street parking around. Some times we did have to park more than 5 minute walk away.

The hotel is lovely and the staff are amazing there are only a few things that let the hotel down are the rules. Not aloud a sunbed or sun bath before 9:30-10 as the pool opens at 10 and the food is very repetitive. It seemed as what wasn’t eaten at breakfast was put out for lunch and what wasn’t eaten at lunch was put in some sort of casserole or curry for dinner and if you want a cocktail you have to pay even if you are all inclusive.

We stayed for a few nights in a junior suite. The room was lovely, lots of little touches such as turn down service with little toblerones left on the pillows and a special pouch with really lovely toiletries. The shower gel smells divine. The hotel is very quiet and lacks ambiance, it wouldn’t take much to make it feel special; some decent speakers in the Chill out bar and a good soundtrack. The food was poor. Breakfast was ok but all the food needs to be warmer. Lunch and dinner were very disappointing. The drinks are good but there is a supplement for cocktails. These are not part of the all inclusive package which seems odd to me. With a few little tweaks this could be an amazing hotel.

Fantastic hotel. Had an amazing stay. We were there for my boyfriend's 40th and they made it super special, with a bottle of bubbles on arrival and on his birthday. Food and drinks were good on all inclusive. The suite was incredible with amazing views. Beach is very close and really lovely. Would highly recommend.

We had such a lovely time here! One of the most relaxing holidays we've had. The hotel was perfect - infinity pool are was super relaxing and lush, buffet breakfast was delicious and our room was a good size with the amenities we needed for our stay. The location is great too, just a few minutes walk to the main cala millor area with beach, restaurants etc. and a short walk to cala bona. The only downside was the bed - it was comfy but was two single beds put together with separate bedding/duvets. Would have much preferred an actual double bed for 2 people.

Lovely hotel with great pool at the front

Lovely hotel - pool area and beds at the front were fab, although you had to queue early and they wouldn’t open the doors until 9.30!! Reception area stunk - smelt like drains, but tte rest was lovely. I would recommend and would stay again.
