The TV lounge area was closed which was horrible on a Packer game night. The swimming pool was closed for no reason. Listed as a pet friendly hotel, but only certain rooms are. Reception area had no hot coffee/tea the day and night we checked in. The rooms are assigned before check in and no place to list any notes for preferences. Couldn’t add my membership number to the reservation. No mention of the $50 incidental deposit that will take 7-10 business days to drop off my card. The desk clerks at check in and the first night had zero personality. The desk clerk in the morning was nice. The breakfast was good. The hottub was warm.

room was nice, but the breakfast variety was the best part! waffles, yogurt, breads, eggs, sausage. and it was opening weekend so they started breakfast earlier for the guests. check in and out was a breeze! would certainly stay again!

Room was great! Evening attendant was very nice and helpful. Early midday attendant not so much!Came to town for business and tried checking in early, 12:00 PM. The attendant was not interested in helping us at all.Didn’t take a minute to see if a room was available just said no it was to early and that we would have to come back. I understand we were early but not to even check and not be interested in helping, I thought was a little rude and unprofessional.

We had a nice stay. Breakfast was wonderful and the hotel was clean. The rooms are paper thin as we heard a couple arguing all night long. We were told when we checked in that our room was not near any wedding guest but unfortunately that didn't happen. Also when we asked the front desk a few questions about the area, they seemed put off and just kept saying they didn't know. I would think part of their job would be to help inform their guest of attractions near by.

October Biz Stay

I don't think the hot tub was hygienic because it bleached my bathing suit. The pool was a good temp. The fitness room was below average with a broken elliptical. B'fast was above average. Front desk was ok but did not go out of their way to help. The room keys kept failing. It was quiet which was appreciated. Housekeeping was only fair and one day did not replace shower gels. bottles were ridiculously small and hard to use. wifi was good. Thanks

Big room and bathroom by today's standards and wide hallways and stairs so must be an older motel that has been rennervated...when I called I asked for a 3rd story room (motel has 3 stories) and was told there was 1 available and I was promised it so made the reservation...when I checked in I was told the 3rd had nothing available for a while...and I asked if the scrambled eggs in the morning breakfast were real and made that morning and I was assured they were...but they were processed...otherwise good quiet stay and great coffe machine near the check-in
