Nestled along the white sands of a breathtaking 2.5-acre lagoon, this custom-built vacation home offers an unmatched getaway. Highlights include a private pool and hot tub, two fire pits, five elegant master suites, two spacious bunk rooms, multiple family rooms, and a gourmet kitchen with a wine cooler in the garage. Enjoy expansive outdoor living on the 1,500 sq. ft. patio and the stunning 1,700 sq. ft. pool deck, as well as a spectacular party deck. This one-of-a-kind desert beach escape awaits!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon.
