I was there for 6 nights and no one came into my room unless I stopped someone on the hall and requested towels and garbage emptied. I had a very hard time communicating with one girl as she could not speak English. My room was nice and roomy, spacious. People on the front desk were so polite and nice, especially Emily. I would stay again.

There were a couple of MINOR cleanliness issues but overall I was very pleased with my stay. I would choose this hotel again based on location: close to VA hospital, shopping, beaches, and botanical gardens.
