Not much to look at on the outside. Inside is just ok. Kinda like grandmas kitchen. Shower bar falling off the wall. Check out process is ridiculous.

I needed a room on the first level due to having a prosthesis and Frank, the manager, accommodated me right away. Frank made sure the room was cleaned and had new linens. He was very helpful and asked if I needed help carrying bags or anything else. Would recommend for no frills stay, located 1 block from the beach. There was still some renovations going on but not a big deal for me.

The place is literally a block from the beach. Parking is kinda a hustle as you have city parking by day and then you can find free parking after the sunset. Rooms are mid 90s like suites, nothing new or fancy, but everything served it's purpose. The guy, Jeff I believe, is a one man employee. He literally does everything so you have to be patient, but he's super sweet and down-to-earth. If you are looking for close to beach and okay with the typical independent Indian owned hotels, you will be okay, if not you will absolutely hate it.

It was wonderful. The manager Frank was amazing. My father had some mobility problems so he was able to change our room in the second floor to the first floor. I used to travel for a living, and I don’t think I’ve ever had staff go this much out of their way to make sure that we had a great stay. Rooms were very clean. The beach access was right across the street. Right down the street from restaurants and nightlife. It was perfect, laid back vibe but within a block of everything. We will definitely be coming back!
