Tervetuloa! Tämä upouusi, 2 makuuhuoneen ja 2 kylpyhuoneiston huoneisto sijaitsee Harbourside @ Marker 33- ja Splash Harbor Water Park -kompleksissa. 8. kerroksen kattohuoneistoyksikölläsi on parveke, josta on parhaat näkymät sisävesiväylään sekä päivällä että yöllä. Nauti delfiinien ja veneiden katselusta niiden ohi.

Yksikössä 8819 on 4 ilmaista päivittäistä splash Harbor Water Park -käytävää. Se on 100 dollaria päivässä. 6 ylimääräistä pääsyä tarjotaan alennuksella.

Tässä 'uudessa' yksikössä on täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa on rikkaan näköinen puulattia ja täysikokoinen pinottava pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Olo / ruokailuhuoneessa on myös puulattiat, Smart TV ja queen-size-vuodesohva. Makuuhuoneessa on älykäs TV, king-size-vuode ja tilava kylpyamme suihkulla nauttiaksesi. Vierashuoneessa on 2 queen-size-vuodetta, täysi kylpyamme ja älykäs TV.

Vieraamme voit nauttia viereisen Holiday Inn -palvelun monista mukavuuksista. Siellä on pelihuone, minigolf ja venevuokraus. Polkupyörän vuokraus on korttelin päässä, ja py��rätelineet on asennettu pysäköintihalliin avuksesi.

Vesipuisto ja sen laiska joki ovat hauskoja nuorille ja aikuisille. Nauti el��västä musiikista iltaisin ja useissa läheisissä aikuisten juomia tarjoavissa ravintoloissa / baareissa. Elokuvat ja urheilu projisoidaan rakennuksen seinälle, ja välipalabaari, Jimmy Guana's ja lahjakauppa sijaitsevat uima-altaan vieressä.

Kaunis Indian Rocks Beach on vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä huoneestasi. Laitteessa on muutama rantatuoli ja jäähdytin!

Crabby Bills, Slyce Pizza, PJ's Oyster Bar ja The Lighthouse Donuts ovat vain muutamia monista ravintoloista kävelymatkan päässä, ja vain muutaman mailin päässä löydät kuuluisan John's Passin, jossa Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. sijaitsee. Location Location Location

The location was phenomenal. Somehow i didnt realize we were a 4 minute block and half walk to public access to the beach. Guess it was the waterpark with slides and lazy river that distracted us. The communication from property manager was amazing. Asked about checking in early and she made sure we had parking pass and passes for waterpark ahead of scheduled check in then when we had minor issue with lights she had maintenance to our room in 5 minutes. Literally 5 minutes. Amazing. Highly highly recommend

Great vacation Condo with attached water park!

The condo was a perfect size, very clean, and close to the beach for access. Another bonus is the condo has a partnership with a waterpark. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. We would recommend to family or friends.

Beach & Water Park Time

We were very comfortable and the unit was ideal! The kids enjoyed the water park. The balcony view was relaxing. The beach was a couple blocks away but easy to get to. A wagon was supplied in the unit. Beds were comfortable. We loved our time at this condo.

Short but sweet

My family and I were in IRB for only a few days. The weather was not great but the property helped us enjoy our time. Very clean and comfortable with all the comforts of home. The kids even used the water park despite it being pouring rain outside. 10 out of 10.

Great time!

Another great stay! This was the second time at this condo and it was another great trip! The whole family enjoy it! The property management was also very helpful when we locked ourselves out of the unit Sunday morning at 8:00 am. I called and they answered right away and got us back in the condo.

Elevator was broken and we were on the 8th floor

The property is beautiful and well equipped for a stay. I have nothing bad to say about the condo. The thing that almost ruined the vacation is no elevator to the EIGHTH FLOOR. Both elevators were our of order the entire time we were there. Carrying luggage and groceries up that many stairs was ridiculous. Did I mention the asthma, Lupus, and arthritis I deal with daily? This was unacceptable.

A great condo!

The condo was amazing. It was super clean and had everything we needed. The view was amazing and the waterpark was a huge plus for the kids. We spent Friday and Monday at the park and had very little crowds. I had a small issue with the power going out after a storm and the owner sent someone over very quickly to fix it for us! We would absolutely stay here again!

We loved every bit of this stay- the only downfall was having to go get new wrist bands everyday to be at the park, because there was always a line, but I don’t know a way around this. Everyone was friendly and the room was well stocked.

Great Condo, Wonderful Waterpark!

We had a great time over the 4th Of July weekend. The firework displays we watch from our balcony every night were great. However, 4th Of July fireworks were AMAZING!!! The condo was great. We especially enjoyed the beach cart and toys that were included. The lines at the waterpark were really long. if you didn't get in line about 20 mins before they opened plan on being in line for a while. Once inside, my kids really enjoyed themselves. I would recommend this place and we will be back! :)

Great condo but…not crazy about the number of people at the water park/pool.

Great condo but the water park was very crowded. Several days day camp kids flooded the place. Looked like it is open to anyone who has the $.

Wonderful place

The condo was very clean and quiet. The location to the beach was perfect, 3 minute walk. The parking spots are large. They fit my Ram 2500 with no problem. Instructions at check in and check out were easy to follow. Only one negative would be the shower head. It is very low pressure compared to other resorts or hotels we have stayed at We would definitely stay on this condo again.

The room was very nice although they didn’t have anything for you to put your luggage on to get it to your room you had to make multiple trips. And if the parking garage was full you had to park across the street which wasn’t very convenient. You had to get a pass for the park every day that you went down, instead of just giving a pass for however many days you was going to be staying that was a little inconvenient. And let me tell you the elevator was extremely slow and very very very very HOT!!!! They tried to put a fan in there to cool it down but that doesn’t work. Other than that everything was good.

We had a wonderful stay!

4 adults and 2 kids and we had a great time. Lovely condo with a great view of the water. The water park is only open 10am to 6pm so it quiets down pretty early. I did want to mention the parking garage for other guests, if you have a large vehicle, like a Suburban like we did, the parking garage is very small and dead ends after a round about. I pulled in and had no where to go, it was a chore to get turned around with other cars coming in behind me. The condo was clean and family friendly. If you need a fan to sleep, I suggest you bring one. The beds are super soft, not bad, but not everyone likes super soft. There are beach supplies in the closet by the front door, we didn't know to look in there! Master bedroom closet door sticks, not locked- pull REALLY HARD. Yes, the elevator is slow and could use a fan but I'd rather take the elevator than walk up the stairs! We would definitely stay again !!

Enjoyed the Condo

Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Great views from the balcony with a comfy lounge chair as well as high top table. Waterpark was packed on the weekend but much less crowded during the week. Used Walmart delivery for groceries and other supplies which was handy. A couple good restaurants close by. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to those looking for a low key vacation.

Great getaway

Our family was so happy with our choice of this unit. It was clean, beautiful, and the views are breath taking. It is in walking distance of many restaurants as well as the beach. We plan to return next year!!
