Don’t stay here

Breakfast was toast and cereal (that was left overnight in the lobby). Coffee was thick and horrible. We had to buy our own breakfast and coffee daily. It was very misleading. Ice machine on both floors was broken. Our room door never locked and we didn’t realize until our third day. The door would close but not lock. Rooms were dirty and we always had to beg for towels. Really wish we could get a refund for this as it was a rip off

You get what you pay for

Great guy at the desk. Poor conditions.states no smoking rooms smells like smoke. Took my shoes off in the room had pet hair on my feet. When I specifically asked for a room non pet due to allergies. Bed was extremely hard.

We stayed here for a wedding. Friendly staff Looked like a nice indoor pool we didn’t get a chance to use. Would recommend and stay again if in the area

The girl who helped on check in, was very friendly. There was an issue with our remote, she resolved quickly. The continental breakfast was very underwhelming. The common areas of the hotel are a little run down and dirty, and stairways were hot. The pool area has like 5 chairs. No elevator so if you have a lot of luggage get a 1st floor room. The luggage cart has flat tires. Ice machine on 2nd floor does not work. And there appears to be possibly a homeless camp or hangout at the lake behind the hotel and there were some rather sketchy looking people. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.

Not what I'm used to for a Microtel.

Stayed in room 108. Humidity was super high in the room. Papers left on the table were damp the next morning and ink was smearing due to dampness of paper. Wore socks on the carpet, socks then were wet. Sheets had bodily fluid stains all over them, not even cleaned. Shower had pubic hairs in when we arrived. Microwave hasn't been cleaned..ever? Heater/AC is filthy. No one was at the desk for checkout, had no idea what to do with the room keys, so put them in the office next to the keyboard.

Nice, but train check-in/office help

Front desk could not print reciept for some reason. Gave them my email address and it's been 5 days and still waiting for it. Guess I have to chase them around to get a simple copy emailed to me. Ridiculous.

We've stayed on two occasions for music festivals and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were cleaned regularly and management was attentive to the guests. This is a clean, affordable hotel to book for your next trip to Columbus.

It was ok to good stay. Had to switch rooms due to bad mold/smell. Air conditioner was needing some service to get rid of the water soaked carpet which caused the mold. After 2 nights there we switched rooms and the next room was way better. Had been remodeled. Smelled better too. Breakfast could use a make over. Not many choices. Never went to pool but it was open. Overall price was right for what you get.

Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. Looked like they were recently renovated. Our room was really humid for some reason though. I had to request new towels on day 2 of our stay (no one had cleaned our room) and had to take the dirty ones to the front desk before they would give us fresh ones. It’s a good place to stay if you just need a place overnight on a roadtrip.
