I Like the convenience of this Hotel, that is why i Keep going back there. On this occasion 5/06/25 the room 102 was very disappointing. the aircon was cold 21 degrees and at 11 o'clock at night it was not our plan to go and disturb the staff. there was only 1 blanket on the bed and no bedspread. it was so cold in the room and the floor was cold to walk on even though it was carpeted. The bathroom was clean and well fitted out. I have never stayed in a very low room before, during the night we could smell food cooking. we were not happy. in the morning, we had different staff who were delightful,

Liked our stay, however we were on floor 7. When we returned after dinner, the elevator was out & the other one only goes to floor 6. Was most difficult trying to climb the stairs while being disabled. Thankfully the elevator was working the following morning.

In the centre of Chinatown with plenty of dining options, great shopping at Paddy's Market and situated close to light rail and Central Railway station transport. Hotel is a bit old world with modern foyer, rooms are small but well kept and clean. Downstairs bar with happy hour 4 to 7pm. Pub food menu available but didn't try. Great value breakfasts available $8 continental and $18 full breakfast. Enjoyed our one night stay and would recommend especially if your budget conscious.

Property was in the best location, Trains, Trams, shopping , food. Hotel was clean and service was great and beers cold. But, the bedding was horrific. Hard matress, soft pillows. Sleeping wasnt the best. All in all though pretty good. Will go back, but ask for an upgrade of the bedding.

Good value, convenient, comfortable and quiet stay. Probably not a 4 star more like 3, rooms were compact but had everything needed such as small fridge and kettle and coffee making. I chose no housekeeping to keep costs down which was fine for 3 nights. I was given an extra hour late check out for free. there was an option to extend to 1pm for 35aud which is reasonable. Only complaints are thr pillows were awful and theres no shower gel just 1 small shampoo tube. Queen room would be too small for 2 people i was fine solo. Hotel is across the road from the tram and 5 mins walk from central and a woollies. Has a bar and restaurant on site. Id definitely return on my next trip to Sydney
