I’ve stayed twice in two months and each time the experience has been wonderful! The check-in was smooth and the staff were so friendly! They gave me an upgrade and a drink voucher as well! Loved the espresso machine and really comfy bed! The Italian lady behind the bar was exceptionally kind and friendly. Food was sensational! I’m a solo business traveller so appreciate not feeling “invisible”…

Good hotel, we stayed for 4 days, very good location and very clean, nice bed and good size room. All the staffs were very nice and helpful. We had a great time at the hotel and the beach just across from the hotel. Forget to mention the breakfast, breakfast was good, food in the restaurant was good too. We highly recommend the hotel to anyone.

Room cleaning was poor - I was staying 12 nights and had to complain after 6 days about the lack of cleaning and in particular lack of attention on the days they did “clean” . Outside of that, it’s a decent hotel .

This hotel is fabulous. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and well appointed and the restaurants and bar are awesome. The location is across the road from the beach and only a couple of blocks to the main shopping. There are restaurants and cafes all around the hotel. I can highly recommend a stay here!

Amazing place. We spent our wedding night at this hotel. The staff was very kind and upgraded us. Truly memorable location. I hope to return again, even though we are northen beaches locals.

Was a long walk to our room from the lift and no privacy with windows facing many other rooms close by. Suggest dont ask if the booking is a special occasuon if youre not going to do anything about it. Confirmed it was for a birthday and no mention of the birthday was made, so what's the point of asking? Also car park is way too small and narrow for the number of rooms you have. We pre booked but that didnt reserve us a spot so was waiting around for a long time hoping someone would leave.
