nice balcony The suite needs upgrades: bathroom sink hanging off the wall, water leaks out of showers, supplies is an issue - always have to call in for top ups like toilet paper, dishwashing soap, dish sponges, laundry detergent, etc. Slippers were provided - ripped after 2 days - 3 day express cleaning and 7 day full cleaning (which did not happen until day 10) did not replace them - just lined them up for us????? For a suite you need to have at least basic salt and pepper as amenities. Top up on dishes and cutlery - for a 2 bedroom suite we had 4 forks and spoons. I realize many don't cook while staying there but we were there for 2 weeks and did not eat out all the time (without dishwashing soap not feasable to wash the dishes all the time. IN summary - invest in some repairs - stock up on basic amenities. Beds were comfortable. Overall great location, generally friendly staff (although evening staff did not understand the hotel rules or language very well). small upgrades would result in better reviews
