I booked a Hyde Park view room. We were able to get an upgrade but to a city side view room which was quite noisy and disappointing. Much prefer the Hyde Park view. Staff, facilities and position of this property is great. Having been staying at this property for over 10 years.

I loved the place and atmosphere but don’t like the waitress that cleaned up our table this morning for breakfast,we’re not even there for 10 minutes and when we got backed on our table,was already taken,so.we have to moved table,,got better then but it’s shouldn’t be like that and that waitress that did should be teach a lessons again,cheersxArturo

The hotel advertises itself as a five star hotel but I found the level of in-room amenities lacking, the hallway to the elevator had peeling wallpaper, and the pool was closed for the first day of our stay (this was one of the reasons I picked the hotel). Needs better management.

A comfortable hotel in a good location. Housekeeping standards left a little to be desired e.g. coffee not replenished, used towel removed but not replaced and one housekeeper entered the room without knocking. They need to address those issues.
