There were a few issues with my hotel room and the cleanliness of the bathroom, however, the management was responsive to the issue and took action to resolve my complaint. The breakfast was delicious, the pool was great, and spa services were wonderful.

I have been a fan of this hotel for years but I can honestly say, having sampled many if not all of the Sydney CBD hotels, that this is on the top of my list. Superb staff, beautifully decorated and comfortable - the Sheraton is my preferred sanctuary in the Sydney CBD. Buffet breakfast amazing and plenty of EV chargers in the parking hall

My daughters and I had a night of “indulgence” during an overnight stay. Facilities were fantastic for not a lot more than your “run of the mill” cheaper hotels. Don’t forget your swimming costume, as the views from the rooftop/indoor pool are stunning. I don’t think we will ever go back to budget hotels again.

Check in was a joke. Staff chatting etc while people unsure how to line up and some staff behind counter not acknowledging waiting guests. One man stared havtge computer while a lady waited 10 minutes before walking away. Why not acknowledge and direct her to another check in person ??? Just plain ignorance and poor customer service. This is not new. It’s been like this my last 3 stays.
