Property location is excellent and foyer/lobby is very nice, however the room we stayed in was dated including the bathroom. Strangely, there was no top sheets on the beds, just the bottom sheet and a comforter. In room dining options were enjoyable. We used the early arrival lounge which was nicely stocked with biscuits and tea/coffee options whilst waiting for our room to be ready. For the price and location I expected the rooms to match the five star presentation of the foyer/lobby. Staff were pleasant and very accommodating.

I would have thought for the price that we would have had a room with a more iconic view of the harbour. Beds were excellent and the pillows were just right. Staff were friendly and professional and eager to please.
