Central and smart (but not cheap!)

Large and corporate hotel in very central Sydney location - old Post Office building. I had a tower room in modern part of hotel with great view of P.O.tower. Check-in was very slow as the new staff member was polite but didn’t have the training or support she needed. Room was smart and spacious with huge bathroom (bath and separate shower). Nice toiletries but difficult that they’re fixed above head height in shower. Overall it’s a good location, but pricey for a fairly standard experience.

Very professional but warm and friendly staff from the time you step into the Fullerton along with a very calm and relaxing atmosophere. Faciliities and location excellent. Very comfortable bed and very clean room and hotel. No hesitation in recommending or to book again.

My third stay at the Fullerton. Rooms are spacious. My only issue this time was that my room was not serviced until late on my second day here. A quick call to reception and they sorted it out straight away. Overall, a lovely hotel in an historic building and in a great location to get around the Sydney CBD.

It's such a lovely hotel and we stay here often. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, at the centre-point of the city, close to so many shops, cafes and bars, and then the wonderful variety of top restaurants so close by. I must add that we had a snack and drinks in the hotel bar - The Bar - on arrival and the fried calamari with sechuan pepper was the best I've ever had. The calamari was very tender and the flavour was divine. I'll make sure to order that again next time. All in all, I give the hotel 10/10.
