Service was fantastic. They cleaned the room and then coming in the evening for the turn down and tiding again. Our room was comfortable and we slept well. I loved the location, in a small neighborhood just on the edge of the Rocks and very close to everything but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle of downtown. Go to the Observatory Hill just above it to see great views and sunset.

What a wonderful hotel, charming in every way and a true delight to enjoy. Every aspect of our stay was top notch, from the warm welcome to immaculate room to superb breakfast… we cannot recommend this delightful property highly enough. Centrally located on an easily accessible but quiet street, the spa and leisure facilities are pristine, amenities plentiful and oh my goodness what a bed!!! Thank you Langham for a magical stay. We chose to stay here as we didn’t want to be in a high rise hotel and chose a room with a harbour view terrace so we could sit out after a day out. The room was a lovely size and the bed was so amazingly comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was absolutely fantastic, within walking distance of all major attractions, Darling Harbour and Barangaroo with lots of lovely places to eat and drink.

The staff and facilities at the Langham earned every bit of this review. Everyone was great, we were treated like vip's, and everything about this hotel was just elegant. Room amenities were amazing, and swimming pool/hot tub were one of the best I've experienced. I have found my preferred hotel in Sydney. Thank you for a great stay!
