Rules required by El Dorado County: No fire pits or campfires. Noise curfew is 10 P.M. - 8 A.M. No illegal substances. No parties.
Parking is limited to 2 parking spaces in the driveway. No street parking from 11/1 - 4/1 to allow snowplows access.
Lock all doors and windows before leaving the cabin. Windows lock when you close them. Bears at Tahoe will enter an empty cabin if windows are open.
