It wasn't easy access into the hotel with the back gate locked at night and having to U turn my vehicle on the next street to get in, but overall I enjoyed the experience.

The room was a disappointment. The bed was very uncomfortable. The ac made the air and bedding feel damp. While the pictures made it look like the room was relatively "new" in reality they just painted it. The sprinklers were rusty, the screws in the ceiling fixture was rusty, the included ironing board was very rusted on the legs. The front desk employees were nice. housekeeping could have done a better job cleaning the rooms before check in, there were stray hairs on the bedding, the floor had dirt you could feel walking barefoot. All in all its okay if you have no other choice but I personally would not stay here again.

My children and I had a great time staying at the hotel and my children really enjoyed the pool. Just wished the housekeeper would clean our room often. But they only cleaned it once in the whole week we stayed there.

Well first of all there is no closet to hang up your clothes in, water pressure in shower was almost nonexistent and water would go hot and cold. The free breakfast was not prepared good and they ran out of items and would not replenish it and the last day only boiled eggs for breakfast only stayed hear due to close to a family function I had to attend don’t advise anyone to stay at this place.

I don't like writing negative reviews. I try to avoid it, but I need to in this case. The good - we were welcomed by friendly staff. The bad - while the room "seemed" to be fairly clean (although dated), we woke up to 5 cockroaches in our room. This was likely due to a poor door seal. You could see a quarter inch gap from the handle down to the bottom of the door. There were also cracks around the plumbing where they may have gotten in. The air conditioning didn't seem to be working properly as we were all hot at 70 degrees. The beds were also uncomfortable which is likely why we woke up early enough to see the cockroaches who seem to be making a home behind the vanity mirror. When I approached staff about the issue they said they couldn't do anything, but I could talk to the manager who was not working that day. They took my number and told me they would have Delphina call me. It's been a day and a half and no call. I tried calling in again today and I'm told there is no manager on duty today either. I'm grossed out about the cockroaches (there was also one lizard in the bathroom) because I know they can get into everything and multiply quickly, but I'm more disappointed in the lack of care to help resolve the situation. I paid $150 to essentially sleep in a roach infested room. Not acceptable for me and my family. In a perfect world we would be refunded, but at the very least a prompt call and apology would be nice. Super disappointed and will not recommend.

The room was an overall poor repair showerhead. leaked more water than it sprayed. The room was dirty. The door wouldn’t close well. The breakfast wasn’t very good. No cooked eggs to go with the sausage or bacon. I would not stay there again.

Booked room since it was close to Busch Gardens and only needed to sleep there. Was nervous after reading teviews, but was surprised how clean the room was. Blackout blinds were great. Front office was nice. Had no issues what so ever!

the hotel was nasty and dirty tried talking to the hotel she was nasty the first room they gave us smell of cigarettes and marijuana the bed was dirty me and my wife had to walk to store in not a good area to get a pillowcase coming back from the store I stopped again to the front office where the hotel manager was nasty and rude kept on saying I'm not giving a refund i never asked for on the other guy working there put us in a anther room again the same condition that hotel is not in any condition to have people stay there inside to outside nasty and I feel bad for who stays there.
