Elevator was broken. It beeped constantly all night long. The in room phone line was cut. Could not call the desk from room. The mini bar motor was noisy. The AC sounded like a jet engine taking off. This is not the standard I expected.

My stay here was absolutely horrible from start to finish. The first room they gave us wasn’t even cleaned. There were Vaseline smears on the bed, personal hairs on the sheets, and even used pillowcases shoved underneath the bed. It was disgusting and completely unacceptable. We complained to the front desk, and while they did move us to another room, the “new” room was only slightly better. Yes, it was cleaner, but it was extremely outdated, poorly maintained, and definitely not worth the price we paid. To make things worse, the “included breakfast” was horrific. The food looked old, tasted terrible, and barely passed as edible. The entire experience felt careless and low-quality. Overall, this was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had, and I would not recommend this inn to anyone.

Hotel was terrible, Expedia claims it has 4.5+ reviews and there is no way. Only people staying here were transient people and it was not safe for family. We left right after check in because it was so run down and nasty.

When I went to bed felt a strong smell, when check the pillow and bed sheet, noted that they were used . Moved myself to sleep across the bottom of the bed but was very uncomfortable, Then moved to the other side of the bed and it was better. Also noted that the bed sheet was place head to the foot of the bed. a real nightmare to say the list. Shame on this hotel. I was directed to the entrance of the building and someone around told me that they did not have elevator, so I had to walk 3 floors with my luggage. Next morning talking with a cafeteria staff told me that they have elevators. But I did not see any. Awful experience.
