Terrible

Check in was terrible the young lady was extremely short and rude. The room was moldy and smell like mold. The front desk staff were absolutely o help at all when asked a simple question as what times the breakfast was they acted like they were doing me a favor. I definitely do not recommend this Hotel. The only good thing about was its location.

Very noisy, right next to a busy road, broken elevator, big room very little lighting, bathroom old dirty, bathtub very high hard to get in and out, TV broke, small AC for a big room, very loud, there was so much wrong we left early and went to a different Hotel, oh yeah terrible bed.

The bath/shower was a disaster. I have never seen a tub so slippery and narrow grip strips were about 15 " (375mm) apart. The moment I turned on the water after my first movement my feet came out from under me and as I fell forward my pinkie caught the grab bar and was dislocated/broken. Their only response at the front desk was "sorry to hear that" and they had a difficult time even finding 3 band aids to secure it to the finger next to it before going to see a doctor.
