I’ve stayed at this locations a few times including for business related trips for my previous employer and I’ve never had any issue with this property. Room is always clean and quiet, and the views from the high floor rooms always a bonus. The fact that it’s located closest to several subway station entrances and to the Takashimaya department store makes this hotel a great choice for me!

Check in was very fast. Hotel room and bathroom were very clean. Room (scenic twin) was a nice size with a great view. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of food. Would stay here again!

I'm definitely staying at this hotel again. Great location due its proximity to the Shinjuku and Yoyogi train stations. Multiple 7-11s and FamilyMarts are close by. Lots of eating and shopping locations within a 5 minute walk, and Shinjuku Gyoen is a 15 minute walk away. My wife and I stayed here for 14 nights and everytime we left for the day, we always came back to a well cleaned and resupplied room. There are multiple restaurants in the hotel itself, including a Shake Shack and a 7-11 on the first and second floors. The price per night was within my budget and the icing on the cake was that one of the stops on the Limousine Bus is right in front of this hotel. Making the trip from Haneda Airport super easy and super affordable (only 10 US dollars per ticket). The staff was super friendly, spoke english well enough to easily communicate and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. They provided us with an iron and ironing board, and they even have a scale to weigh your luggage (so you don't have to pay extra at the airport).

Everything was excellent here, and would certainly stay here again! Only two concerns were the unexpected “tax” on check in, and the lack of service when trying to book the airport bus back to Haneda. These are small issues, but could have made the stay perfect.
