The staff was welcoming and explained how all the amenities worked. They provided the way the cleaning crew worked during the number of days of our stay. They spoke good english which made the experience so much nicer. The hotel is located almost next to Tokyo Skytree and the train station, bus station is located right at the front of the hotel.

4 Star accommodation in great location

The location of the property is just amazing, its right opposite to Tokyo Skytree & Solamachi mall. There is the oshiage train station next to the mall. Its close to Asakusa area & many more spots. The comfort room we stayed was spacious to open 3 23ltr travel suitcase at the same time & still walk around the room with ample space

Excellent hotel, met all my family's expectations. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were a good size for a family four. Conviently located right above a supermarket with a large shopping mall within right across the street. I really liked the easy access to the subway.

This is our 4th time at this hotel and it never disappoints. This time we came with my elderly parents and 2 friends. Everyone loved the location, convenience, cleanliness, breakfast buffet, and public transportation just in front of hotel. Everything you need is just a few steps away. Subway entrance is just across the street from hotel and also taxi stands. Easy access to shuttle buses to and from Haneda airport and Disneyland too. A wonderful supermarket connected to hotel. So much shopping, markets and dining options. This will always be our hotel while in Tokyo.

Hotel staff were very polite and all the front desk staff we encountered could speak English. The provision of free bath salts is very much appreciated. Enjoyed all the soaking after a day of much walking. Location is excellent. Directly in front of the subway. Tokyo Skytree has lots of dining options, including a food court for value for money meals. Shopping is also great.

Conveniently located near Skytree and had a supermarket right next door. Breakfast buffet was good too. Easy access to subway. Had great views every day of sunrise.

Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but the only downside is the parking fee. Although a discount was offered, we still had to pay 1,500 yen per day.
