It was a little hard finding this hotel at first. Our room was a bit small. Staff was friendly. Great location because it was close to the station. If you have to request a late check out like one hour late they charge you an additional fee. No laundry facilities.

This location was perfect, direct access to the Yamanote line in the Shibuya station. Close to the Shibuya crossing, Shibuya Sky, and shopping areas. Staff went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend this location if you are looking to stay in the Shibuya area!

Great property with a lot of charm. Google maps kept getting lost on the way to this hotel, but once we figured it out, there was no issues. Mega Donki a short 15 min walk away, along with major attractions being nearby

We had a very nice stay here. Rooms are small obviously but, enough for a short stay. Hotel is a little older but kept well. Staff is friendly. 5 minute walk to the Scramble Crossing and all the nightlife, restaurants and bars. It’s right across from Shibuya Station New South Gate exit.

We had a wonderful time but as first timers we got very lost. Hotel is little difficult to find due to signage being hidden. We actually walked by it twice but otherwise we had a wonderful stay and staff were very helpful!! It is also slightly on hill. But very close to everything. Excellent location!!

Great litrle

A very comfortable stay. Rooms are smaller as they seem in Japan. Location is great, in Shibuya stop with access to many subway lines. Lots of good food and shopping with a 5 min walk. New South Exit provides easy access to the hotel from subway.
